Development Budget (DB) as a component of the National Budget 2000-2006 ( Estimated N$ 000).
The document comprises estimates of expenditure on development projects for the three financial years (three-year Rolling Budget). It also contains projects financed by Government and Donors. Various projects are submitted to the National Planning Commission Secretariat by filling the Project Identification Form (PIF) to the NPCS.

The table below provides the estimated proportional allocation to the development budget in comparison to the national budget.
