Directorate of Development Planning
Our mission statement
To co-ordinate, design, evaluate and monitor the implementation of
national, sectoral and regional long-medium-short term development
plans and programmes.
Our Objective
To actualise national development plans in accordance with the
national, sectoral and regional development objectives.
The directorate of Development Planning consists of three
divisions, namely:
- Macroeconomics, Research and Policy Analysis (MRPA)
- Regional & Sectoral Planning Division (RSP)
- Poverty Reduction and Human Resources Division (PRHR)
