Hon. Obeth Mbuipaha Kandjoze, Director General of the National Planning Commission, signed a €15.3m (N$256m) Agreement with Dr. Thomas Duve, KfW Development Bank, for support from the Federal Republic of Germany to the Republic of Namibia to the NAMPARKS and CCFN Programmes.
