The National Planning Commission, in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture, Water and Land Reform, and with financial assistance from the European Union funded Livestock Support Programme in the Northern Communal Areas of Namibia, intends to award contracts for the following four Lots:

Lot 1: Construction of an Agricultural Development Centre, Veterinary Office and a staff house at Nkurenkuru, Kavango West, and the upgrading / renovation of the Auction Facility at Ncaute, Kavango East.

Lot 2: Upgrading / renovation of the Quarantine Facilities and Farm Infrastructure at Katima Mulilo, Zambezi.

Lot 3: Upgrading / renovation of the Quarantine Facilities and Multi-purpose Farm Infrastructure at Omutambo Maowe, Omusati.

Lot 4: Construction 1,000 cattle standing capacity feedlot and related infrastructure at Etunda, Omusati.

Tenderers may submit a tender for one lot, several lots or for all four lots.
